Meritide is a member of a number of industry leading associations and has as part of our mission to bring best practices to our clients, partners and employees. These Associations help in the fulfillment of the mission.

 



MHTA supports the growth, sustainability and global competitiveness of Minnesota's technology-based economy through advocacy, collaboration and education. Technology growth and the sustainability of this growth impact Minnesota’s overall economy now more than ever before. MHTA is the only association that advocates for technology growth that benefits the entire spectrum of technology companies as well as organizations that are dependent on technology.

Meritide has been a member since 1999. The Meritide Viewpoint is published in the MHTA newsletter.

 

The CEORoundtable is comprised of CEOs from fast growing Minnesota companies who want to share their ideas, experiences and insights. Roundtables include leaders who are interested in growing their companies by leveraging the knowledge of their peers.


It represent s a variety of industries and services.and many of the members have been featured in the media and are often singled out for their achievements and viewpoints as leading entrepreneurs.


CEORoundtable was started in 2002. Formerly the Minnesota Chapter of The Council of Growing Companies, Minnesota dissolved its affiliation to focus on the roundtable experience. CEORoundtable is a nonprofit membership organization with the mission to provide a safe/confidential haven for peer sharing amongst the leaders of Minnesota’s growing companies.


Meritide has been a member of the Council of Growing Companies and then the CEORoundtable since 1999.

 

itSMF USA is the United States chapter of the ITSMF international organization which has over 40 chapters. Based on the ITIL framework which was developed in the 1980s, IT Service Management has expanded to support and promote other Service Management frameworks such as ISO20000, COBIT, BS17799, PRINCE2, Six Sigma and many others. itSMF USA is a member driven organization organized in Local Interest Groups (LIGs) and one Student-Special Interest Group (S-SIG) located in over forty major metropolitan areas of the country and many others are being started.

 

Meritide has been a member of the itSMF since 2000 and is committed to industry best practices in the IT Service Management field.

 

AeA (formerly the American Electronics Association), founded in 1943, is a nationwide non-profit trade association that represents all segments of the technology industry and is dedicated solely to helping our members’ top line and bottom line. AeA does this in partnership with small, medium, and large member companies by lobbying governments at the state, federal, and international levels; providing access to capital and business opportunities; and offering select business services and networking programs.

 

Meritide has been a member of the AEA since 2000 and is committed to industry growth and health.

 

Founded in 1989, HDI is the world’s largest membership, training, and certification association for technical support professionals. HDI curriculum addresses the needs of technical support professionals throughout their careers and the various maturity levels of their support operations. Also known as the Help Desk Institute, the company was rebranded in 2005 to HDI as a means to acknowledge the expanding role of the support center and the maturing service management industry. A Think Services company, HDI is vendor-neutral in its efforts to facilitate open, independent networking and information sharing within the association’s global network.


Meritide has been a member of the HDI since 2000 and hosts many of the local HDI User Group meetings.

 

Progress Software User Groups provide the ideal networking environment for you and other Progress® users. Worldwide user groups provide a way to meet others in an informal setting to exchange ideas and discuss the applications that are impacting today's fast-paced technology model. User Groups feature Progress Software experts and other guest speakers so that you can keep up with the latest product advancements and trends. Progress Software actively supports its user groups with formal communication forums and discounts on training and other corporate events.


Meritide has led the local Progress Software User Groups and has been a member since 1999.

 

Service Desk Express Users Group – Meritide is a leader in the use and development of the Service Desk Express products in the upper Midwest.

Meritide has hosted the upper Midwest Service Desk Express user group meetings since 2002.

 

Meritide is a SiteCore partner and has hosted the local SiteCore User Group meetings and product training in Minnesota.

 

A partnership of leaders in education, government and business creates GetGoMN.org, a business network for entrepreneurs, small business and those that support them. This online portal intends to create networking opportunities between and among entrepreneurs, investors, service providers and industry organizations.
