Meritide is seeking individuals experienced with BMC Service Desk Express tool suite (formerly Magic). SDE provides Service Desk and infrastructure management enablement to mid-sized organizations. Our clients need solutions to address business requirements in their organizations. Our goal is to train the right person in-house not only on the products but also in the necessary business skills that are needed to deliver an effective solution. This would be an excellent upward move from the Service Desk with the opportunity for further career progression in a relatively short time. A presence at the office and at client sites will be required. When appropriate, some work can be done remotely. Most work will be done in the Twin Cities area however; approximately 5% overnight travel will be required for training and customer engagements. There is no on-call work
