The successful candidate will have a proven track record of helping clients achieve strategic business objectives such as reducing cost, improving efficiency or increasing customer service by implementing changes to processes and information systems.  Experience with structured analysis techniques, system development life cycle principles and methodology required.  The individual must have strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication, and ability to develop good business and information technology relationships.
