Meritide is seeking a certified ITIL consultant for a part time contract.  For this project the consultant will work with the client to achieve process improvement through the effective use of ITIL best practices.  The consultant will serve as a mentor providing awareness and education to the client's IT Leadership team in the use of Change, Release and Configuration processes.  

The ideal candidates will have significant implementation experience in IT Service Management based on ITIL and possess the consulting skills to effectively communicate and demonstrate applied knowledge of the ITIL service management lifecycle. An ITIL Master Certification or ITIL Practitioner Certification is required; however, candidates with an ITIL Foundation Certification and significant ITIL implementation experience will also be considered.
