.NET Architect

Meritide is seeking a Technical Architect with significant experience designing and developing business applications using Microsoft .Net. This is a highly visible role which requires an individual with the consulting skills and leadership abilities to contribute to the development of the practice and help build a high performance team. This person will be involved in business development and will play a lead role the delivery of services. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading the design and development of web based solutions.

The individual must have experience with and a deep understanding of:

MSSQL
VB/.Net, C#.Net
Web Services development
XML
SQL Server stored procedures
Reporting Services or reporting tools experience

Not required but desirable skills:

Open Source solutions
Content Management solutions such as Dot Net Nuke
Experience with Progress 4GL and databases.
Apache web server and MySQL in Linux and Microsoft environments
PHP Development
