Meritide is seeking technical consultants experienced with Microsoft .NET software development to join the team at our Minnesota headquarters. The candidate should have 3 years of .NET experience and have commercial experience in developing database driven applications. MSSQL, .NET and Visual Studio 2005 experience a plus. The application development is for commercial applications that include large-scale development, multi-step transaction processing, and complex requirements for administration interfaces, database design, and functionality.

You must be skilled, a self-starter, care about your career & your employer, be easy to work with, honest, smart, motivated, have a good attention to detail. Communication skills are highly valued as you will be working with customers on a regular basis.
Additional Experience that would be beneficial but not required:
- Sharepoint
- Dot Net Nuke
- VB/.Net experience
- Experience with Web Services development
- XML development
- PHP Development
- SQL Server stored procedure development
- Experience with Apache web server and MySQL in Linux and Microsoft environments
- Reporting Services or reporting tools experience
- An interest and knowledge of open source solutions and development efforts targeted toward commercial markets (frameworks, development tools, servers, applications)
- Experience with Progress 4GL and databases.
