Meritide is seeking individuals with at least 2 years of experience working with BMC Remedy Action Request System and the associated suite of ITSM applications. The individual will be responsible for installation, configuration and customization of new and existing systems for our clients mainly in the Twin Cities. Our clients need solutions to address business requirements in their organizations.  A presence at the office and at client sites will be required but sometimes development can be done remotely making this an ideal position for someone in the outlying areas of the Twin Cities.

This position does not require someone to be on call and travel outside the Twin Cities is less than 10%.
